Job Description:
Offering a $10K sign-on bonus and $5K relocation assistance (if
applicable), the Nurse Residency program starts on June 30, 2025,
accepting GN permits.
Designed for recent graduates, new nurses, or RNs with less than 12
months of experience, it provides comprehensive support to
transition confidently into hospital nursing.
The program features mentorship, virtual classes, and
evidence-based training to promote safe, high-quality patient
care.
Participants will have 24/7 access to online curriculum, clinical
tracking, and real-time feedback to monitor progress and connect
with preceptors.
Applicants must hold an unencumbered Texas RN license or GN permit,
BLS certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
