Job Description Job Description We are now hiring for a Document
Control Clerk for a company in New Braunfels, TX. Please submit

more information. Pay: $24-$28/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday
8am-5pm Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to
support project teams by compiling, organizing, and managing
project documentation Project Final Data Books. The role requires
strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to manage documents and records accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities: In the role of Document Control, you will:
•Maintains and distributes daily project related files (i.e.
engineering drawings, specifications, and vendor documents)
•Completes and processes all incoming and outgoing documentation
from project teams, contractors, and vendors in the document
control database, including electronic logging, scanning,
distribution and storage needs. •Compile, organize, and finalize
Project Data Books in accordance with project and client
requirements •Liaise with project managers, engineers, and
contractors to ensure timely submission and approval of documents
•Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
•Maintain document control, version tracking, and filing systems
(electronic and/or hard copy) •Coordinate with engineering,
quality, and project management teams to obtain missing information
•Ensure final data books are completed and submitted on schedule
•Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases
documents, and notifies affected departments. •Update logs,
trackers, and reports related to project documentation •Assist with
scanning, copying, indexing, and archiving project records •Follow
company document control and quality procedures
Qualifications/Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent
(associate degree preferred) •Previous administrative or document
control experience preferred •Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) •Ability to manage multiple
tasks and meet deadlines •Good written and verbal communication
skills Desired Characteristics/Other Skills: •Familiarity with ISO
standards and project documentation requirements vipstaffing
