Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time
Middle/Upper School Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position involves teaching science courses to middle school
(7th and 8th grade) students as well as one section of Bible. The
ideal candidate will cultivate a dynamic and engaging learning
environment that sparks creativity and nurtures a passion for
knowledge in students. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Develop
and implement engaging lesson plans for middle school science
classes. - Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a hands-on
approach to scientific exploration and discovery. - Create a
supportive and interactive classroom environment that encourages
inquiry and active participation. - Assess student understanding
through experiments, projects, and assessments, providing
meaningful feedback. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance
interdisciplinary learning opportunities and support student
growth. - Perform other duties as assigned by the principal Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills. - Creative thinking and
problem-solving abilities. - Strong classroom management skills. -
Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff. - Passion
