All RTO (req time off) must be made at time of submission.OVERVIEW: A professional who utilizes the nursing process to assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care activities. Collaborate with other Clinical Associates and Healthcare disciplines to meet individual needs using appropriate resources to insure quality, safe, and cost effective care. Nurtures a working relationship with physicians, nursing staff and other disciplines involved in the care of the patient.CERTS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care - Current Texas State RN License - CPR (American Heart Association) - ACLS required - NIHSS required - De-escalation training required - TNCC ENPC or PALS SHIFT: Nights - 12 hour shiftsORIENTATION: Every Monday
