The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Float to ICU as needed to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Experience in Med Surg nursing with a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
