Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by
assessing physical, social, and psychological needs, and developing
individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families,
and the healthcare team.
Implements care through delegation, coordination, and
evidence-based practices while managing resources effectively.
Evaluates patient responses and modifies care plans to achieve
optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
Demonstrates professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and
regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation, and
promoting nursing development.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN
(preferred). Less than 12 months of experience necessitates
obtaining a BSN within four years.
Physical demands include patient handling, operating equipment, and
frequent mobility. The role is based in Billings, Montana, with a
pay range of $35.70 - $50.73 per hour, and offers comprehensive
benefits.
