EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered
for the role. RN Case Management experience Familiar w/most of the
following MIDAS, Meditech, Care Port Discharge, Outlook, Excel,
Interqual, Word Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these
skills will be considered first. HCA Case Management experience
NATE familiarity HCA MDRs List typical procedures performed on
unit(s): Discharge Planning Assessments within 1day of admission-
face to face and phone if needed. Interqual reviews Frequent
liaison contact w/HH, SNF, IRF, LTAC IV infusion, DME referrals and
follow up Daily pass down Multidisciplinary Rounds qd Best

able to ask questions and receive direction REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS: RNCase Manager Floating Area(s): Occasional float
to 4Tele, ICU for assistance Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire

hourly with 30minute lunch break Weekends and On call(if any) Every
