Unit Information: ( Catscan ) Location: Bay Area Medical Center Address: 1701 SPID Floor: 1st Building: Main Shift : 7p-7a Friday/Sun 36hrs, 7p-7a weeknights 36hrs, 7a-7p weekends Fri/Sun 36hrs General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 2 scanners (GE and Philips) Number of Staff 2 per shift Type of staff: CT Technologist o Day Shift 2 CT Techs and 1 transporter ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift 2 CT Techs Patient Ratios Type of equipment 16 slice Philips, 64 slice GE EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Trauma and stroke experience Angio experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. IV skills Interventional experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Pan scans stroke Best personality Fit: Team player that can work at a fast pace REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ARRT(R)(CT), TMB, CPR Floating Area(s): Other CT departments in CCMC but not likely Dress Code : Scrub Color/Attire - any Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
