Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating
Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift:
8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN license Certifications:
RN and/or CST required Description: The unit has 9 beds. There are
22.41 staff members assigned. Day shift includes 16 full-time, 1
part-time, 2 pending residents, 5 PRN team members, and 1 OR
analyst. Night shift has zero staff. Patient ratio is 1:1 in the
operating room. Equipment includes Brain Lab, Davinci, and
Microscope. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
Typical procedures performed include neurosurgery, urology, general
surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and ortho. Candidates
must be motivated and detail-oriented. Mandatory call shifts will
be based on unit needs. Weekend call is from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM
to 7 AM. Weekday call is from 3 PM to 7 AM.
