Job Summary and Qualifications Working under the supervision and guidance of a Respiratory Therapist, the extern will assess, treat and care for patients with pulmonary disease processes or respiratory care orders. Primarily responsible for noninvasive respiratory care modalities, maintaining patient records and operations of respiratory care equipment. What qualifications you will need: - Must be currently enrolled in a state approved respiratory care program, and has completed one semester of clinical practicum. - No experience required. - Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
