PM Location: Onsite - 3434 Saratoga Blvd, Bldg 2 Corpus Christi, TX
78415 Primary Responsibilities: - This position is responsible for
all components of the patient experience ranging from patient
in-take, office visit, patient close-out, and appointment
scheduling. The position also oversees the reporting function for
the clinic including compliance specific reports as well as
corporate statistics - General clinic office functions that support
efficient and effective patient care including patient
registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable
co-insurance and/or co-payments - Greets patients as they arrive
and manages 15-minute wait time - Manages cashier box and daily
deposits according to company policies - Processes walk-in patients
and visitors - Manages medical records and fax inbox - Ensures all
correspondence is scanned and/or filed, processes requests for
medical records release and maintains appropriate logs - Quality
metrics driven- PML management Skills: - Possess planning,
organizing, conflict resolution, negotiating and interpersonal
skills - Independent problem identification/resolution and decision
making skills - Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle
multiple tasks, demands simultaneously - Strong communication and
inter-personal skills - Excellent written, verbal and communication

Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) - 1 year of
customer service experience Preferred Qualification: - Bilingual in
Spanish/English Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits

this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on
