compassionate, experienced, and bilingual Lead Clinician to guide
our clinical team while ensuring trauma?informed, culturally
responsive, and evidence?based care. This role blends leadership
with hands?on clinical work—overseeing practice standards,
mentoring clinicians, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and
maintaining compliance with federal and state guidelines. If you

Salary: $87,048.00 Department: Medical Services Location: Robstown,
TX Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Language Requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Travel: Required for
assigned work location, scheduled trainings, and conferences

perks! ? Minimum Qualifications Academic Requirements (one of the
following): Master’s degree in Social Work and two (2) years of
postgraduate direct service delivery experience; OR Master’s or
Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral
science with clinical experience as a program requirement , and two
(2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of clinical employment
experience in the behavioral sciences. Work Experience: Required:
Two (2) years related experience and/or training, including
supervisory experience , plus experience as outlined above.
Preferred: Four (4) years related experience and/or training,
including supervisory Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Clinical
Operations Provide coaching, supervision, and routine consultation
to clinicians; support onboarding, training, and professional
development. Oversee clinical services, ensuring compliance with
evidence?based practices, licensing, contract standards, and all
applicable federal and state regulations. Lead case reviews,
interdisciplinary team meetings, and coordination with medical
staff, case managers, and other departments. Maintain an on?call
schedule to support children and staff; serve as a clinical
resource during critical incidents. Client Care & Documentation
Provide counseling, crisis management, evaluations, and other
clinical functions as needed. Participate in the assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment of children when necessary. Ensure
goal?oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans,
progress reports, and weekly children’s groups on specific topics
are completed by the clinical team. Maintain accurate, timely, and
HIPAA?compliant documentation; prepare and maintain reports per
agency policies, licensing, and contract standards. Provide data
and support to staff for admission/discharge processes; assist in
discharge planning. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Outcomes
Actively engage in quality assurance plans necessary for
compliance. Ensure the clinical department meets all state and
federal requirements and predetermined deadlines required by the
chain of command and federal partners. Meet deadlines that support
the timely processing and reunification of unaccompanied children,
per federal guidance. Maintain current knowledge of community
resources; communicate effectively with referral sources and
providers. Collaboration, Safety & Ethics Attend scheduled meetings
and participate in team decisions and operations. Implement Compass
Connections safety protocols, including evacuations with children
and staff during emergencies. Maintain confidentiality in all areas
of service population and program operations. Uphold Compass

code and respectful conduct with staff, children, and community
members). Foster Care Programs: Support, encourage, and assist with
recruiting foster parents. Core Competencies Advanced clinical
