shifts available; weekend rotation as needed Highlights: 22-bed
acute medical-surgical telemetry unit specializing in orthopedic
and neurosurgery patient populations Patient ratios capped at 6:1
maximum Collaborative team environment with experienced charge
nurses and support staff including PCAs and unit secretaries
Meditech EMR system Standard acute care equipment and nursing
procedures including IV therapy, central line maintenance, and
urinary catheter care Opportunity to float to other med/surg/tele
units for variety and professional growth Requirements: Active RN
license Minimum 2 years of acute medical-surgical telemetry
experience within the last year Demonstrated ability to manage 4–6
patients safely and effectively Preferred: 2 years of neurosurgery
or orthopedic nursing experience Proficiency in standard nursing
skills: IV insertions, catheter insertion/maintenance, central line
care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary
