be considered. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse
with Emergency Room experience seeking a contract position in
Rockport, TX. The role offers a dynamic work environment within a
busy medical setting, focusing on Telemetry and Medical-Surgical
patient care with emergency department holds. Key responsibilities
include delivering patient-focused nursing care on a unit with
18-40 beds, managing patient ratios of approximately 6:1, and
utilizing medical equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and GE
telemetry monitors. The electronic medical records system used is
Meditech 5.6, supporting efficient documentation and patient
tracking. Flexibility to float among med surge and telemetry units
is required to meet patient care demands. Essential Qualifications
and Experience: - Current Texas RN license - ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) certification - BLS (Basic Life
Support) certification - Proven ER nursing skillset and experience
with non-titrating cardiac drips - Comfortable working with a team
including charge nurses, bedside nurses, and patient care
technicians in both day and night shifts - Adaptable, easy-going,
and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
