Emergency Room RN experience Ability to float to Med Surg and
Telemetry units as needed Familiarity with Meditech 5.6 EMR
preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible,
adaptable, and friendly personality ER RN Responsibilities Provide
high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department and ED holds
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including
telemetry monitoring Administer medications and non-titrating
cardiac drips as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary healthcare team members Utilize Meditech 5.6 EMR
system for accurate clinical documentation Maintain a safe, clean,
and compliant hospital environment Float to Med Surg and Telemetry
units as required Demonstrate adaptability and a team-oriented
