This position involves providing tailored physical therapy to young patients in their homes, helping them to achieve the highest levels of mobility and comfort possible. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric care and a firm commitment to patient well-being. Evaluate the motor skills and developmental stages of children to create individualized treatment plans. Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and relieve pain, based on assessment and diagnosis. Educate family members on the patient's treatment plan and ways to support their health at home. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to pediatric care. Maintain patient records and document patient progress towards goals. Adhere to all state regulations and ethical practices concerning patient care and treatment. Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy techniques and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and families. Capability to handle physically demanding tasks. Ability to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Pediatric Certification Specialist (PCS) preferred but not required.
