Job Description Job Description Company Description RN Manager – Labor & Delivery Corpus Christi, TX Employment Type, Schedule, Pay Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days Hourly Pay Range: $36.43 – $51.00/hour (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager (RN) to lead daily operations within a busy Women’s Services department in Corpus Christi, Texas . This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staffing, quality outcomes, and staff engagement within Labor & Delivery. The Manager ensures high-quality, patient-centered obstetric care while supporting performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and a positive practice environment. This opportunity is ideal for a Labor & Delivery leader with recent unit-level leadership experience who is ready to take ownership of a dynamic and high-impact department.
