hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week

high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients. Monitor
and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies. Educate
patients and families on labor and delivery processes. Document
patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Evaluate and
implement best practices in patient care. Support a culture of
accountability and individual performance. Adhere to safety and
infection control protocols. Engage in performance measurement and
improvement initiatives. Maintain high visibility of work
activities and results. Experience/Qualifications Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state. Experience
in labor and delivery nursing, minimum 2 years preferred.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training
opportunities. Understanding of safety and infection control
protocols in healthcare. Proven ability to monitor and assess
patient conditions effectively. Strong collaboration skills with
healthcare teams for patient care planning. Knowledge of labor and
delivery emergency protocols and management. Willingness to engage
in performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Ability to
educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately and
