Were looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about supporting children as they build independence through play, creativity, and everyday routineswhile enjoying flexibility and a truly supportive team culture. What Youll Do: Provide occupational therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized, play-based treatment plans addressing sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs. Support children during therapy sessions using engaging, functional, and developmentally appropriate activities. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover. Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system. What Youll Need: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Texas OTA license (or eligibility).
