primary care practice Patient Demographic: adults to seniors EMR:
Allscripts Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and
summaries Position Details: Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family
Medicine Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 32 patient-facing
hours, 8 administrative hours/week No Call No Nights or Weekends
Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: $230,000 $250,000 Start
Bonus: $20,000 (negotiable based on experience) Retention Bonus
Productivity Bonus Total compensation : $300K by year 2 Partnership
Track: Includes base productivity equity Benefits Package: Full
