Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-acuity nursing care to patients during weekend nights in their homes. This position plays a crucial role in our mission to help patients achieve their greatest potential in a familiar and comfortable environment. As a specialist in high-acuity care, the LVN will manage complex patient situations and provide compassionate, skilled care tailored to individual patient needs. Provide skilled nursing care to high-acuity patients in a home setting. Assess patient conditions during each visit and chart your observations. Administer medications, provide treatments, and assist with daily living activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide top-quality care. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA regulations. Respond to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Highly skilled in providing compassionate care, proficient in high-tech equipment and monitoring. Strong ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Excellent observational skills and nursing judgment. Effective communication skills with patients and team members. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). CPR/BLS certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
