Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based
Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available in San Marcos,
TX, providing specialized services for students from Kindergarten
through 8th grade. This contract position supports a caseload of
approximately 45 students, delivering both direct and indirect
therapy services across three elementary and two junior high
campuses. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality occupational
therapy services to K-8 students, addressing individual needs on a
comprehensive caseload. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans to improve students functional abilities in school
settings. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school
personnel to support student progress and adapt environments. -
Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with state and
district guidelines. - Participate in team meetings and contribute
to student support discussions. Qualifications: - Valid Texas
Occupational Therapist License required. - Experience in
school-based OT services preferred. - Ability to manage a caseload
of up to 45 students with varied therapy needs. - Strong
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team. - Ability to work 37.5 to 40 hours per
week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed. Position
Details: - Location: San Marcos, TX - Duration: Immediate start
through May 29, 2026 - Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week -
Caseload includes students across multiple campuses (3 elementary,
