join our team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing
care to patients in various settings across our healthcare
facilities, ensuring that each patient receives compassionate and
efficient care. This position demands a committed approach to
patient health and a deep understanding of nursing practices.
Administer basic patient care and monitoring vital signs. Implement
patient care plans as directed by registered nurses or physicians.
Record patient histories and symptoms for clinical records. Educate
and support patients and their families on treatment plans.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with team members
to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record
systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
