Job Description Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Refugio, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working ER and Med Surg. 36/48 - Night shift 7p-7a. Schedule will be 4 on, 4 off, and with this style of scheduling, some weeks will have 48 hours, and some weeks will have 36 hours depending on how the days fall. ER sees 5-10 patients on average and MS ratio is 1:4.
