Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care, a leader in outpatient dialysis services, seeks
a dedicated Dialysis Charge Nurse to join our team. This individual
will play a critical role in managing our dialysis center's
operations and ensuring the highest standard of care for patients
suffering from renal failure. The Charge Nurse will supervise the
nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to all
safety protocols. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to optimize treatment plans and promote an environment of
continuous improvement. Direct and supervise all nursing personnel
assigned to the dialysis unit. Monitor and enforce compliance with
state, federal, and local regulations and organizational policies.
Evaluate and document patient care, collaborate with physicians to
implement treatment plans. Manage inventory of dialysis supplies
and medication. Train and mentor new staff members, and provide
ongoing education for all nursing staff. Handle administrative
duties such as patient scheduling, ensuring billing accuracy, and
maintaining patient records. Expert knowledge of dialysis treatment
and procedures. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the
use of medical software and electronic health records. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis
Nurse (CDN) preferred.
