Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a pioneering provider of in-home healthcare
and pediatric therapy, is currently seeking an experienced RN
Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing and clinical
services within a home-based setting. In this pivotal role, you
will ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained,
guide and mentor a team of skilled nurses, and contribute to the
development of clinical protocols and policies. This role includes
administrative duties, direct supervision of nursing staff, and
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize healthcare
outcomes for our clients across the United States. Monitor and
ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
and standards for health care services. Direct, evaluate, and
supervise the care provided by nursing staff. Develop, implement,
and assess nursing and staff training programs. Manage patient
caseloads, providing guidance and intervention as necessary.
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
of nursing staff. Perform regular performance evaluations and
provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate the continuity of
patient care. Handle administrative duties such as maintaining
records, compiling reports, and managing schedules. Strong
leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Expert knowledge of nursing practices and
protocol Ability to handle high-stress situations with
professionalism Proficiency in healthcare software and computer
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice CPR certified Preferably certified in Clinical Nurse
Leadership (CNL) or Nurse Executive (NE-BC)
