POSITION: Branch Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager


LOCATION: Vancouver. BC

The Position:

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the purchasing of equipment for our installations & service departments as well as assist with project coordination and administration.


  • Processing business related invoices
  • Reconciling invoices and submitting to AP for processing
  • Issuing PO for subcontractor for Install and Service
  • Ordering parts for Install, Service, and Office Supplies
  • Coordinating RMAs and parts exchange with vendor and warehouse
  • Completing goods receipt for all parts received
  • Tracking development of projects and providing information for revenue recognition
  • Reconciling variance reports and updating SAP & SBN
  • Arranging to get vendor and subcontractors setup, updated and changed
  • Managing and coordinating technicians schedule
  • Manage the department's daily calendar for meetings
  • Approving technician's timesheets for payroll processing
  • Preparing new order packages for project managers
  • Order equipment for service, install and office supplies
  • Request RMA and arrange equipment to be return to vendor
  • Maintain all open POs in SAP
  • Arrange to get vendor setup, update and change
  • Reconcile dashboard
  • Approve technician's timesheets for payroll processing in system
  • Track and process RMR billing
  • Receiving inventory and verifying against shipping manifests and/or any other related documents
  • Coordination with the regional coordinator and technicians to ensure timely arrival of installation equipment
  • Shipping/receiving small packages
  • Staging jobs
  • Provide day to day administration support


  • High school diploma
  • Possess interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Customer services oriented
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP is considered a strong asset
