Job Description Full Job Description Administrative Assistant
Law firm looking for administrative support for attorney and office
staff. Candidates need absolute attention to detail, excellent
communication skills, and ability to multi-task. Skill required in
organization with impeccable critical thinking skills and
understanding of full Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated
experience as executive/administration assistant with pleasant
personality, even disposition, and good sense of humor. This is not
an entry-level position. Responsibilities: Front office greeting
Answering phones, routing calls, and conveying clear messages.
Ordering supplies and managing records database.
Opening and closing client files.
Managing calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing
Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. Position is full
time, Monday to Friday. Salary commensurate with experience.
