Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! Must be professional andengaging with guests who enter our store and knowledgeable about our products and brand. When not interacting with guests, employees are expected to complete shift task list to maintain store cleanliness and food product preparation. Expect to handle a large volume of phone calls and respond to them in a courteous,friendly, and timelymanner including potential catering clients which must be routed to the catering office, if necessary. Employee must be able to take legible notes and fill out the appropriate forms for store, catering and wholesale orders. Effectively completing opening and closing duties daily, cash handling and attending the cash register, and consistently maintaining product appearance throughout the day are required. A clean, professional appearance is mandatory and some customer service experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
