Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing
process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and
evaluation of the Women & Children's patients. Responsible for
delivering nursing care based on established clinical nursing
practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to
ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the
achievement of desired patient outcomes. Provides direct patient
care including treatments, activities, nourishment, drugs, and
parenteral therapy in a safe and competent manner to the Women &
Children's Center patients. Carries out physician orders to insure
patient care is complete. Abides by policy and procedure of
