Job Description HomeVisit is seeking to expand its team of Photographers to provide imaging needs to the Victoria Texas area . This is a 1099 contracting position, however, we are most interested in working with individuals who are would like to work 30-40 hours per week , Monday to Friday, during 9-5 business hours, as this is when our clients need work completed . Please note that some weekend and evening work will also be available, in addition to these standard operating hours. Job Duties Learn and prove proficiency in HomeVisit's photography methods by completing an online certification course Opportunity to provide multiple imaging techniques including, but not limited to HD Video and 3D Imaging Shoot anywhere from 1 to 6 properties per day. Deliver consistently excellent imagery up to HomeVisit standards. Upload images to HomeVisit servers within tight deadlines. Requirements Excellent photography skills and applied photographic knowledge. Professional experience providing photography to customers. Professional video equipment: electronic gimbal for video Recent model smartphone Professional experience providing scanning services to customers. Device capable of scan operation, organization, and upload. High-speed Internet connection - with an emphasis on upload speeds. Knowledge of your local area. Dependable vehicle to drive from property to property. Professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. Self-starter with personal reliability and motivation to work independently.
