We are looking for Restoration (Mitigation) Technicians, Mitigation Apprentices, and General Laborers.About UsRestoration 1 of Corpus Christi--is hiring Property Restoration Technicians to develop into restoration professionals in the areas of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire & smoke restoration. We understand that the need for property restoration services can come at the most unexpected times--which is why we are always ready to help!Core Job DutiesArrive at customer site as scheduled.Perform construction demolition, water extraction, equipment set-up, moisture monitoring, furniture removal, containment set-up, and decontamination services.Use water restoration equipment to dry affected areas at a loss.Be ready to inspect site and present solutions to the client if applicable.Provide legendary customer service.Communicate professionally with clients, employees, the general public, and management.Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices.Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.Complete assigned projects per established time frames.Ensure projects are completed to the client's satisfaction.Requirements & PreferencesValid driver's license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)Be able to pass a background check and a drug testExcellent communication skillsA high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experienceRestoration experience preferred for restoration technicians but not requiredSchedule10 hour shift8 hour shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callOvertimeWeekend availabilityCompensationWe believe in investing in our employees!
