Insurance Producer – Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to drive sales growth and connect clients with the insurance solutions they need. In this role, you will build relationships, generate new business, and deliver tailored insurance products through strong communication, outside sales activity, and effective negotiation. What You'll Do - Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through. - Engage in outside sales to generate new leads and expand the client base. - Assess client needs and recommend the right insurance products and coverages. - Use negotiation and sales skills to close business and ensure client satisfaction. - Support marketing initiatives to strengthen lead generation and brand awareness. - Manage sales documentation, follow-ups, and accurate client records. - Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve a diverse customer base. - Stay informed on insurance trends, regulations, and product offerings to guide clients - confidently. Basic Qualifications - Proven success in insurance sales, retail sales, or related producer roles. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market opportunities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interactions. Preferred Qualifications - Multilingual or bilingual abilities. - Experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or benefits-related insurance environments. - Familiarity with benefits administration or insurance compliance processes.
