Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a pioneer in providing high-quality home
healthcare, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for part-time work during
weekend days. Our LVNs play a pivotal role in delivering
personalized nursing care to patients in a home setting, focusing
on pediatric and adult patients. This position requires a committed
professional capable of enhancing patient health and well-being,
with a heartfelt desire to help patients achieve the highest
possible quality of life at home. Provide direct nursing care
according to the prescribed patient care plan. Monitor patient
health and record relevant data to aid in treatment and case
management. Administer medications, monitor dosages, and note
patient reactions. Assist with daily living activities and advocate
for the autonomy and rights of each patient. Educate patients and
families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Coordinate
with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Skillful
in maintaining and managing medical records using healthcare IT
systems. Proficient in administering medication and providing
personal care. Excellent observational and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively while accommodating patients'
needs. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Current LVN License in the state of practice. CPR
Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation.
