Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our dynamic team to provide night-time nursing care to patients in
their homes. You will play a critical role in ensuring our
pediatric and adult patients receive compassionate and
comprehensive services that aide in their treatment and recovery.
As an RN at Aveanna Healthcare, you will implement care plans,
administer medications, monitor patient health, and collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness in a home
setting. Administer medications, treatments, and other medically
prescribed interventions accurately, assessing and documenting
patient responses. Assist with the development and implementation
of patient care plans in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain complete and detailed patient records. Educate patients
and their families on health maintenance and care plans. Monitor
and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Provide
emotional support and compassionate care. Proficient in clinical
skills with an ability to handle high stress situations Strong
organizational and communication skills Adept at working in a
diverse and fluid environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. CPR certification required.
