Aveanna Healthcare, a prominent national leader in home healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients during part-time evening shifts. This role is ideal for an empathetic individual passionate about enhancing patient wellness within the tranquility of their homes. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to administer nursing care, monitor patient health, and ensure the comfort of patients under their supervision, primarily during evening hours. Administer daily medication and conduct routine checks on patients’ vital signs. Implement patient care plans as designed by physicians and registered nurses. Assist patients with daily activities and personal care. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment conditions. Maintain detailed records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of health care and safety protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Capability to monitor and record patient health conditions with attention to detail Flexibility and patience to adapt to varying patient needs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license in the state of employment CPR/BLS Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
