Job Description:

Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This part-time night position focuses on administering in-home nursing care to adult patients according to their care plan. As part of Aveanna, you will work within a supportive environment, leveraging our resources to make real differences in patients' lives, helping them achieve their highest levels of independence and health in the familiar comfort of their own homes. Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care accordingly. Develop and implement care plans that meet patient needs. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Record all patient care and interactions in compliance with documentation requirements. Monitor patient condition, progress, and safety throughout the shift. Strong clinical skills in a home care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in the use of medical technologies and patient care software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state Valid CPR certification Driver's license and reliable transportation
