Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is
seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) to provide nursing care for an adult patient in the patient's
home during daytime hours. This part-time position focuses on
maintaining patient comfort, supporting their medical needs, and
promoting their overall well-being in a home setting through
personalized care plans. Join our team of caring professionals and
make a significant difference where it matters most. Administer
medications and monitor patient vital signs under the direction of
a registered nurse or a physician. Implement and update the patient
care plan as directed. Assist patients with daily activities such
as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating. Collaborate with
physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on
treatment and care plans. Maintain accurate patient medical
records. Ensure the home environment is safe and conducive to
recovery and independence. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in managing home healthcare technology and
equipment Ability to work independently in a home setting Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license valid
in the state of employment. CPR certification.
