Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is
looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) to join our team. This position involves providing
top-quality nursing care to adult patients in a home setting. As an
LVN, you will work closely with patients and families to implement
comprehensive care plans that allow patients to achieve optimal
levels of health and wellness. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor
patient health status and record patient history and vital signs.
Communicate with patients and their families to explain treatments
and provide emotional support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to facilitate comprehensive care planning. Ensure compliance
with all health and safety regulations. Manage a caseload of
patients, overseeing all aspects of patient care. Educate patients
and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Strong
clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active LVN license in the state of
practice. Current BLS certification. Valid driver's license and
reliable transportation.
